What church is Soar Kenya associated with?

While Soar Kenya’s founders are active in their local church, there is no specific church affiliation.

How much money that is donated to Soar Kenya goes to the people it helps?

Unlike a lot of larger, less focused charitable organizations, everything that is done on the administrative side is completely volunteer – that means that 100% that is donated goes into the projects. Can we talk to the people in Kenya that Soar Kenya partners with?

Certainly, however, keep in mind that this is not always easy because internet is costly there. James Yegon is a Kenyan national who has taken the lead on communicating back with us – he wrote many of the posts on our website – and if you’d like to communicate directly with him, just let us know! Be praying that some of the other adults are encouraged to use the internet as a communication tool, as adoption is slow thus far.
