Hello Friends
May I give you updates of what is happening in the school, Soar Kenya Academy;

1.Food  program.

We are very happy to let you know that there is great happening with this program as the kids are taking porridge at 10am and lunch at 1pm.They do take rices with beans once per week while the rest of the day is “Ugali” with vegetable.This has increase the number of kids coming to school.Burgei group promised to provide kids with eggs at least once per week which they did last week.

2.School garden

We have established school garden which will help provide the school with vegetable hence reduce the expenses of the food program.Thanks to the teachers for working with us towards this.The progress of beans and maize is so far okay following blessing of rain from God.

3.Smearing of classes

Parents of Soar Kenya have really done a lot by coming to school and help with smearing of classes.May God bless this ladies and a few men.

4.Training

We with be having a training session for the entire community.This will enable the community have positive attitude towards development and each other for the benefit on the coming generation.Thanks Steve for funding this program as I know that it will be of great help to my community.  Lectures and student from one of the most recognized institutions will be coming to help by providing teachings to the community.

5.Helping less fortunate kids

This program has been of great help towards orphan kids forwhom Mary has been providing money for milk ever month.This has really improved their health.  Thanks, Mary, for this great help.

6.Electricity

I was able to apply for electricity today and by Thursday the result will be out.This will greatly help by providing power to the computers, printer, lighting,  etc.  God willing, hence making work of the teachers,subordinates, and the management simple.  Community  will too be able to have computer classes.

7. Teachers,cook and night guide

May I take this opportunity to thanks this people for the great work they are doing for the success of the school,May God bless them and give them good health to give more services to the school.
