Soar-K is hosting its first buffet and silent auction on Nov.18
You are cordially invited to our first annual fundraising buffet and silent auction. Begins at noon ,Nov. 18 at Rex’s Innkeeper in Waunakee. Buffet served from 12:30 until 1:30. Following buffet , Mary Anne Hoff and Ruth Gibbs will give a presentation on their recent visit to Kenya. The cost of the meal is 10.00. There will be a silent auction to raise funds to help put the roof on the library that is currently being built. The results of this fundraiser other then a great time by all was that over 5000.00 was raised which was enough to put the roof on the library. This was the goal of the fund raiser and hopefully photos of the new library will be posted soon.

There will be a food stand the 4th,5th, and 6th at Walmart in Portage. Ruth and i will set up and be serving by 11am on the 4th. Please stop by if you can. mary
