Thanks a lot Mary. May God continue to bless you in a big way. That’s my fervent prayer. Yes, I’m doing quite well here in Hopewell’s remedial classes that commenced yesterday. Nelly already informed me that you sent the money. However, she could not access it yesterday due to some errors in the reference number. She said she was going to talk to you about it.
Yes, I got some writing materials and pens from the cargo. They’ll be of great help. Thanks.
We open on Monday the 25th, but I report on Tuesday. It is good that there’s calmness now unlike the last time I travelled to school. Just that the fares have almost doubled now- and so are other things due to the inflationary effects. The cost of living has risen tremendously.
Well, I did a little inquisition and found out that there’s this art teacher who comes twice every week to facilitate the whole thing regarding the artwork. I understand that there are some paintings already done using the supplies Ruth purchased; and Nelly says they should be sent to you by Monday. I’ll follow this up to see how I can help to make sure it happens. You are right; Nelly is quite a busy person. I’d love to help in any way that I can in any project now and in future. Such a project is a great idea and it is a practicable project. I’ll do what I can to see things are done when I’m in Nakuru like now, and will hopefully find a way of doing the same while I’m away. Thanks for asking for my involvement.
You just are a great person with a great mind; and it would only be a sin not to try new things that you think about. I don’t call such a burden as such, but a new commitment. I agree with you that implementing an idea is not a simple task. But with patience and dedication, things always work themselves out. We just need to do what we can and leave the rest to God.
I’ll keep you posted. For the time being, there is not anything else new my way. Till next time, be blessed. Lots of Love, Martin.( one of our second year students) |
