This just came from the Maryknoll Missionary I am in contact with in the Kibera Slums of Nairobi.

Yes, we did get rain just today and it was uplifting! And, I had a feeling there might be a rainbow and low and behold, my intuition was working; as I looked out my 4th floor apartment window there was a brilliant double one; God’s promise! It feels so much cooler and fresher now and not as dusty! Kibera will be a messy mud puddle, but it’s been a long time in coming and I’ll just put on my Wellingtons !
